Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles. I’ll guide you through a person-centered lens while utilizing TF-CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed techniques.

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning. As we progress through our therapeutic relationship, I will continue to guide as you become more confident in your success.
